Route maps
Cisco (and zebra) provide “route maps” for community tagging and policy application.
Route maps have “match clauses” which tell them which routes they're supposed to care about.
They also have “set” clauses which tell them what policy to apply.
Absence of a match clause makes the route-map match everything.
Absence of a set clause makes it set nothing (but halts continued evaluation of the route-map)
