Picture 003 - Victorian Holiday

Genaya at Apollo Bay.

Apollo Bay is a seal colony, and attracts many tourists as a result. Since we were tourists during this week, we decided to go.

It was a bit of a disappointment, though: The closest you get to seals is about 200 meters, so if you squint you can just make them out. Compared to Kangaroo Island it's a complete waste of time.

It's a nice walk to get to the colony, though - About three kilometers away, over the other side of the hill in the background. No roads, of course, but that's ok because it'd a remarkably pleasant walk if the wind wasn't blowing at 3000 km/h (which it was on this day, of course).
